Holiday park De Zeegser Duinen is a park under construction and will be completed in phases. Phase 1 of the project has now been completed, construction is currently going on for Phase 2 of the park, an extension with sustainable SuiteLodges, so that a total of 30 recreational homes will be ready on the park at the beginning of 2021. Phase 3, the construction of the preserved VillaLodges (final construction phase) has also started. We are doing our utmost to keep inconvenience to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: the construction activities will also take place during the holidays and at weekends.
Layout
The living room is very comfortably furnished and has a beautiful light through the large, glass facade opening. Here you will find a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV and a dining table. The modern kitchen is very complete and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and combi microwave.
On either side of the living room you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms can be opened and closed from the living room by means of sliding doors. The first bedroom has a double bed, flat screen TV and a wonderful whirlpool bath in the bathroom with air massage where you can completely relax. You will also find a hot shower and separate toilet. In the second bedroom you will find a double bed, a separate toilet and a sunshower. The sunshower offers you sunlight (UV light) and infrared in the bathroom, which helps to increase your resistance and ensures a healthy color on the skin. Enjoy!
From the living room you can walk straight into the conservatory, which is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Here you can relax during a sunny but cool day, it is always comfortably warm.
The Suitelodge has a spacious garden, ranging from 385 m2 to no less than 545 m2. A nice place to enjoy the tranquility, surrounded by greenery. You will find a lovely outdoor fireplace where you can barbecue, grill or warm up after a long walk.
The entire Suitelodge is on the ground floor, so it is also ideal for guests who have difficulty walking. Each Suitelodge has its own parking space. At Park de Zeegser Duinen you will find two charging stations for electric cars.
The Suitelodge is equipped with solar panels and is heated by infrared electric heating.

In the area
Holiday park de Zeegser Duinen is being developed at a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature reserve, an unspoilt part of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. Here you can enjoy walking, cycling, horseback riding or picnicking along the centuries-old brook. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and are just a 15 - 20 minute drive away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or a pleasant dinner in one of the many restaurants.
